Copernic Space is excited to welcome another future star onto the team. Meet Isabella Garvey, our lead UI/UX Intern, who joined us in August 2022 with a passion for design, entrepreneurship, and the emerging opportunities of Web3.
About Izzy
Isabella Garvey, known as Izzy, hails from Los Angeles and is a senior at the USC Marshall School of Business pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She's a driven entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and Web3 technology.
I'm enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, startups, and learning more about the emerging opportunities of Web3. As an entrepreneur, I joined Copernic Space to gain experience working in a fast-paced Web3 startup, develop my design thinking skills, and improve my cross-cultural literacy.
Beyond her work with Copernic Space, Izzy is also working on an independent startup focused on end-of-life organization and family connection, demonstrating her commitment to solving meaningful problems through thoughtful design and technology.
Responsibilities
As our lead UI/UX Intern, Izzy focuses on how users perceive and interact with our platform. Her key responsibilities include:
- Content Audits - Reviewing and analyzing user interface content
- Creative Design Ideas - Contributing design concepts and critiques
- Platform Communication - Reviewing and improving user interface and experience messaging
